Je ne suis pas juriste. Aussi suis-je incapable de dire comment la Cour pénale internationale peut recommander des poursuites en miroir contre et le Hamas et Netanyahou. De un. De deux, comment l’Espagne, l’Irlande et la Norvège peuvent déclarer reconnaître un Etat palestinien sans existence légale. Bref, je ne comprends rien de rien à toute cette horreur, tout en ressentant une immense colère impuissante contre Netanyahou et les imbéciles criminels dont il s’est entouré et dont l’arrogance et la haine sont portées par des centaines de milliers d’Israéliens qui se déchaînent pas seulement contre les Palestiniens, mais contre les “gauchistes” parmi eux qui seraient la cause de tous leurs malheurs.

La rengaine n’est pas nouvelle. Charles Enderlin la décrivait très bien dans Israël L’agonie d’une démocratie * avec ce nationalisme-judaïsme utilisant la démocratie israélienne comme “l’âne” destiné à apporter le Messie (qui n’aurait plus rien à cirer concernant l’âne, apparemment.) L’Armaggedon comme but et étape ultimes. Arrogance, haine, manoeuvres abjectes, oui, Netanyahou et son entourage sont coupables, et si les humains étaient plus intelligents qu’ils ne le sont en réalité, on distinguerait très clairement entre leurs crimes et ceux du Hamas.

Mais non. Amalgame et confusion sont à l’ordre du jour, partout. Ce sont les innocents qui dégustent dans leur chair, dans leur mémoire, dans leurs perpectives d’avenir.

I am not a lawyer. So I’m unable to say how the International Penal Tribunal can recommend mirror charges against both Hamas and Netanyahu. That’s for one. For another, how can Spain, Irland and Norway declare they recognize a Palestinian State without a legal existence? In short, I understand nothing whatsoever in all this horror, while experiencing a huge and powerless anger against Netanyahou nd the criminal fools he has surrounded himself with, whose arrogance and hatred are carried by hundreds of thousands of Israelis rampaging not only against Palestinians but against the “leftists” among them, considered as responsible of all their woes.

There’s nothing new to the tune. Charles Enderlin described it well in Israël L’agonie d’une démocratie * with that judeo-nationalism utuilizing Israeli democracy as the “donkey” destined to bring the Messiah (who would then not care a fig about the donkey, apparently). Armaggedon as the be all and end-all. Arrogance, hatred, abject maneuvers, yes, Nethanyahu and his entourage are guilty, and if humans were smarter than they are in reality, we would clearly distinguish between their crimes and those of Hamas.

But no. Amalgams and confusion are the order of business everywhere. The innocents being the ones experiencing it in their flesh, in their memories, in their prospects for the future.
