La différence entre ce que je note ici et ce qui reste dans mes carnets personnels ?

Ici, je note ce qui serait des propos que j’échangerais avec des amis. Je réserve habituellement les noms de connaissances ou de parents à mes carnets, ainsi que les broutilles qui ont de l’importance pour moi et personne d’autres, ainsi que les multiples griffonnages qui se produisent au cours de la journée – une réplique pour un personnage,fictif, un bout de dialogue qui s’ensuivrait et qui n’aurait aucun sens ici.

Mais je tiens à dire ici que le système informatique de l’Agence du Revenu du Canada est hallucinatoire, un véritable labyrinthe à la Borgès rempli de chausse-trappes où vous vous voyez refuser la reconnaissance de votre réponse à la question inscrite “quel est le prénom de votre grand-père paternel” – réponse qui me donnait accès à l’étape suivante pour consulter mon compte jadis, c’est-à-dire la dernière fois que j’ai consulté “mon compte” (on est entre copains commerciaux, ou on ne l’est pas.)

À rendre fou. Le dysfonctionnement élevé à une pratique artistique qui me donne envie de relire le Nous d’Evgueni Zamiatine.

L’économie n’est pas un sujet qui m’intéresse beaucoup: en cela, je suis probablement comme la majorité des gens. Mais comme je déteste ne rien comprendre à une réalité qui semble former le socle même des sociétés dans lesquelles nous vivons, je relis les conclusions de deux livre que j’ai déjà lu au complet, tous deux publiés en 2018, soit il y a à peine 5 ans. Le premier s’intitule Crashed – How a Decade of Financial Crises Changed the World par Adam Tooze, historien de l’économie et le second par Quinn Slobodian Globalists – the End of Empire and the Birth of Neoliberalism.

D’où il ressort nettement qu’ayant réussi à faire accepter parmi les “droits humains” celui du “droit humain du déplacement du capital” (en d’autres mots, la fuite des capitaux d’un pays où l’on tenterait de lui imposer des restrictions, il est clair que les adorateurs du dieu Marché et moi n’avons pas les mêmes droits en tête lorsque nous les évoquons.

Mais, hier soir, en lisant les chroniques d’André Markowicz du 9 et du 11 septembre 2015*, je découvre le monde hallucinant des règles de fonctionnement de Wikipedia qui exige que les interventions se fassent sous pseudonyme seulement (permettant à des esprits malveillants d’intervenir sous plusieurs pseudos différents, notamment; et la règle encore plus délirante qui interdit (1) à une personne diffamée (en l’occurrence ici, l’écrivaine Françoise Morvan) d’intervenir pour rectifier des propos mensongers et, comble du délire, d’invoquer des preuves factuelles tel, par exemple, la liste des ouvrages publiés par Actes Sud. Non, sur wikipedia, il faudrait qu’un intervenant anonyme distinct cite un article dans lequel cette liste serait mentionnée… Résultat des courses: les malveillants peuvent s’en donner à coeur joie, et la méfiance est de mise en consultant wikipedia – geste que je pose régulièrement, en m’indignant parfois des inexactitudes, des omissions et des mensonges dans bien des cas.

Fatigue, fatigue, fatigue – en partie en raison des modifications au traitement, mais surtout devant l’attitude d’un gouvernement qui laisse libre cours aux exactions policières, à tel point que, sauf pour le langage dans lequel sont proférées leurs injures, les bastonnades et le comportement de meutes de ces policiers sûrs de leur impunité est le même que celui de tous les “robocops” de la terre.

Les verrous de sécurité sautent, les uns après les autres. Parmi tant d’actions inacceptables, je n’arrive pas à me sortir de la tête l’image de ce policier balançant à l’aveugle, par-dessus son épaule, une grenade qui atteint un homme à la tête.

The difference between what I write down here and what stays in my personal notebooks ?

Here, I write down what would be the thoughts I would share with friends. I usually reserve the names of acquaintance or of family members for my notebooks, along with the trifles that matter to me and to no one else, along with the multiple jottings that occur throughout the day – a reply for a fictitious character, a bit of the dialogue that would ensure and that would make no sense here.

But I do insist on saying here that the computer system at the Canadian Revenue Agency is hallucinatory, a true Borges-like labyrinth filled with pitfalls, where you are refused recognition of your recorded answer to the question “what is the first name of your paternal grandfather” – the answer that allowed access to the next step toward the road to my account, meaning, the last time I examined “my account” (we are commercial buddies here, are we not ?)

Maddening. Glitching raised to an artform that makes me want to re-read Evgeny Zamiatin’s We.

The economy is not a topic I find very interesting; in that, I’m probably like most people. But since I hate not understand a reality that appears to be the very foundation in the societies in which we live, I’m re-reading the conclusion in two books I’ve previously read in full, both published in 2018, in other words, only 5 years ago. The first is titled Crashed – How a Decade of Financial Crises Changed the World by Adam Tooze, a historian of economy, and the second by Quinn Slobodian Globalists – the End of Empire and the Birth of Neoliberalism.

From which it clearly appears that, having managed to get included into “human rights” the “human right for the displacement of capital” (in other words, capitals fleeing a country where their owners would consider the restrictions to be too severe), all the worshipers of the god Market and I don’t have the same rights in mind when we evoke them. *

But last night, while reading the entries for September 9th and 11th 2015 in André Markowicz’ Partages, I discover the hallucinatory functioning of the rules at Wikipedia requiring that all interventions be done under a pseudonym (this obviously allowing multiple interventions under different ones by ill-intentioned individuals, notably, along with the even more astounding rule that forbids a real person from (1) correcting defamatory comments made against her (in this particular case, the writer Françoise Morvan) and (2) even more astounding, the prohibition of invoking factual, existing evidence such as the official list of books published by Actes Sud. No, on wikipedia, there would have to be an anonymous intervention by someone else quoting an article in which said official list of books was mentioned…As a consequence : ill-intentioned individuals can carry on to their heart’s content, and wariness is recommended when consulting wikipedia, something I do on a regular basis, feeling indignation every time I come across errors, omissions, and falsehoods.

Fatigue, fatigue, fatigue – partly because of the changes in the medical treatment, but mostly at the sight of the attitude of a government that allows free rein to police abuses, to such an extent that, were it not for the tongue in which were spoken their insults, the beatings and the pack mentality of policemen certain of their impunity, is exactly the same as that of all “robocops” across the world.

Security bolts are ignored, one after another. I can’t get out of my mind the sight of that policeman blindly throwing over his shoulder a grenade that lands on a man’s head, among so many other totally unacceptable actions.
